Amidst the current fight to restore our freedoms, clues that dark and malevolent forces have actually been running the show all this time are getting easier to see. It is suddenly occuring to a number of people within Western society that we have never truly been free. The illusion of ‘democracy,’ of a nation being governed by the people and for the people, has amounted to little more than a platform for the latest and greatest social engineering masterwork foisted upon us by the ruling class.
Rather than fighting against the slow rise in human consciousness, the dark forces knew they had to work with it. In the last few centuries, the ruling class was delighted to discover that people ‘work harder’ (i.e. are better and more obedient slaves) when there is the illusion of freedom and a peppering of property and equity rights for the resourceful few who, in their willingness to play by the rules of the system, actually provide even greater returns for the ruling class.
That’s one of the reasons imperialism and colonialism has given way to a wide implementation of voting rights within banana republics and other forms of window-dressed democracies across the world. Actual power to the people is never featured in such systems. And before you argue that the United States of America is any different, please refer to my past article Princeton Study: The U.S. Is Not ‘Losing’ Its Democracy, It’s Already Long Gone, where it is proven in an extensive study that the U.S. most resembles an oligarchy, and any relationship between government policy and what the majority of ordinary people want is statistically insignificant.
Freedom Within Governance is Fragile
Now yes, the experiement called the United States of America is clearly the most successful attempt so far to structure governance around individual freedom, but a careful look at history would see the Declaration of Independence as an annoying but manageable blip on the radar screen of a ruling class confident that they are destined to eventually enslave the entire planet.
Here is a simply way of seeing it. A few decades after the freshness of the victory over British forces in 1776 had worn off, the ruling class rooted in the British monarchy started having success infiltrating the American system and putting their people in positions of power. It was a slow and incremental process that has continued to this day, and is the reason that our last vestiges of freedom are now in jeopardy.
The methods of the ruling class are simple, tried-and-true. They prey on the weakess, egocentricity, and self-interest of the individuals in their way. They use bribery or blackmail traps, direct coercion or subtle manipulation. And when all else fails, they may resort to violence. Above all, though, secrecy is the key. As George H. W. Bush purportedly said in 1992, “If the people were to ever find out what we have done, we would be chased down the streets and lynched.”
The system of law, taxation, and regulation that we are currently living under in most parts of the world is designed to enrich the ruling class financially and augment their power over the masses. Their agenda relies on systematically convincing individuals that they are always in danger and unable to take care of themselves, and thus need a ruling class to guide and protect them.
The reality is that much of this fear is a fabrication, especially today, and the actual technological advances that we have collectively made, if shared freely in the spirit of love and cooperation, would have the capacity to make millionaires of each and every human being on this abundant planet.
The Old System is Dying
The old system can function only as long as it can keep us believing in scarcity: of money, of goods, of land and natural resources. The ultimate hope has long been to convince people to go along with depopulation efforts, which is actually required for the ruling class to enact its agenda of total control.
Instead, the obvious and urgent need on the part of the ruling class to depopulate the planet, as evidenced by the harmful Pandemic measures, including the death, injury and sterilizing effects of the vaccines we are being force-fed, is contributing to our resistence against the old system and ultrimately our awakening to the need for something new.
In the coming weeks, I will be writing about various aspects of the old system, and its outdated institutions of Education, Health Care, Law, Commerce and others. Further, I hope to provide an inspiring vision of what a great and life-affirming new system could be like. When enough individuals embody true internal freedom and the self-responsibility that comes with it, work can begin in earnest on such a new system, one that brings opportunity, prosperity and well-being to all. I believe a watershed moment has arrived, at least in Canada, and that it is why I will be devoting much of my time to The People’s Network of Canada, an experiment that will explore how we can walk away from the tyranny of the old system one step at a time.
